This online gaming portal (Portal) is operated by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA).
The Portal is intended for the application for an online gaming or supplier license pursuant to the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157) (LOK) or for any other purpose that the CGA may establish from time to time.
Anybody who registers, accesses or applies for a license through this Portal is considered a user of this Portal.
By registering, accessing or applying for a license through this Portal, the user accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms of use.
This Portal may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Portal by any third party.
No administrative or other rights, privileges, authorizations or legal expectations may be derived from a successful registration on this Portal. A successful registration on this Portal does not entail any form of acceptance, acknowledgement or recognition by the CGA or any other governmental body of the legitimacy or lawfulness of the user, its operations or any act of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or other third party.
Once registered, a user will be provided with its account details and may manage its details in the Portal. This includes checking if the provided information is accurate, and updating the information where necessary.
Users must complete a registration or application process or fulfil any other requirement by providing true, current, complete and accurate information as required.
By registering or applying for a license or fulfilling any other requirement through the Portal, the user represents and warrants that all information that it provides is current, complete and accurate to the best of its knowledge.
The user agrees to maintain and promptly update its information on the Portal so that it remains true, current, complete and accurate.
The user may not post or transmit via this Portal any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would contravene any law.
Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and for any and all activities that occur on their account.
Users will notify the CGA immediately via egl-applications@cga.cw of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
The CGA will not be liable for any loss that a user or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or other third party may incur as a result of the use of the Portal, including someone else using its password or account, either with or without the user’s knowledge.
The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this Portal remains the property of the CGA or the property of its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by the CGA and its licensors.
The CGA may, in its sole discretion, terminate the account or deny access to all or any part of the Portal, if a user or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents engages in any conduct or activities that the CGA in its sole discretion believes violate any of these terms of use or local or foreign law, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access.
These terms of use are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with, the laws of Curacao. The courts of the Curacao have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any matter arising from these terms of use or otherwise from this Portal.
The CGA may update these terms of use from time to time and will make these updates available on the Portal. When accessing the Portal users shall be subject to the latest version of the terms of use.
